Kim Barnum

Kim Barnum has extensive work experience in the mortgage industry. Kim began their career at National City Bank in 1982, where they served as Vice President until 1991. Kim then joined Truist in 1992 as an Assistant Vice President and Mortgage Loan Officer, remaining with the company until 2004. Following this, Kim worked at Huntington National Bank from 2004 to 2011, holding the position of Assistant Vice President and Mortgage Loan Officer. Since 2011, they have been with MVB Mortgage, starting as Vice President and WV Regional Manager. In this role, they provide mortgage loans for various purposes, including conventional purchases, refinances, FHA, VA, USDA loans, and more. Kim also has experience in construction loans, second homes, and investment properties. Their responsibilities at MVB Mortgage also include providing preapprovals.

Kim Barnum attended St. Clairsville High School from 1975 to 1978. Kim then pursued further education at The Ohio State University from 1978 to 1981 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing.
