Tzofia S.

Tzofia S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Tzofia began their career working as a Software Engineer at Elad Systems from October 2006 to September 2007. Tzofia then joined the Intelligence Corps (IDF) as a Satellite Operator from September 2007 to September 2009. After that, they worked as a Software Engineer at ALMtoolbox from January 2011 to May 2012. Tzofia then joined Thomson Reuters as a Software Engineer from June 2012 to August 2013. Tzofia then transitioned to OverOps, where they served as a Software Engineer from August 2013 to November 2015. Tzofia was later promoted to Team Lead from December 2015 to March 2017 and eventually became the Head of Application Development from April 2017 to July 2018. Currently, Tzofia is working at Intercom as an Engineering Manager since August 2018. Tzofia has held various positions at Intercom, including Engineering Manager from August 2018 to September 2021, Senior Engineering Manager from October 2021 to May 2022, and currently as a Group Engineering Manager since April 2022.

Tzofia S. completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Tzofia later pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science from the same university, graduating between 2012 and 2015.
