Andrea Bray

Andrea Bray is an experienced professional in packaging development with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Head of Packaging at Intercos since February 2018, Andrea oversees packaging teams globally, focusing on innovation and development across makeup, skincare, and hair and body care segments. Previous roles include Packaging Development Global Director and Packaging Development Manager, responsible for customized packaging solutions for international clients. Prior experience includes R&D Packaging Manager at Manetti & Roberts, overseeing packaging materials and sustainability initiatives for various brands, and Global Design Strategy Packaging Manager at Johnson & Johnson, managing packaging development for multiple product lines across the EAME region. Andrea holds an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli studi Roma TRE and a high school diploma in Applied Economics.
