Matthew Cordis

Matthew Cordis has an extensive work history, starting in 2002 as a Partner at Clarke Silverglate. Matthew then went on to become the President of CBC Global Capital, LLC in 2010. In 2014, they joined ID Global Solutions Corp. as the General Counsel, and in 2015, they became the Director of Business Development at Ipsidy, Inc. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Intercredit Bank N.A., Member FDIC.

Matthew Cordis obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis. Matthew then pursued further education at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where they earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
