Ansar Karabayev

Ansar Karabayev worked as a Sales Support Manager at InterDam B.V. starting in June 2018. Currently, they are the Founder of Ice: The Motive, where they oversee the entire process of bringing the brand to life. This includes conceptualizing unique designs, procuring materials, managing the printing and embroidery of garments, and marketing the products to a diverse clientele.

Ansar Karabayev attended Grossmont College from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Japanese Language and Literature. In addition to their degree, Ansar has also completed several certifications in various fields through Coursera. In 2022, they obtained certifications in Responsive Web Design in Adobe XD, Create High-Fidelity Designs and Prototypes in Figma, Conduct UX Research and Test Early Concepts, Build Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes, Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design, and Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate.
