Tom Horlander

Tom Horlander is an experienced Infringement Analysis Engineer currently employed at InterDigital, Inc. since August 2018 and Technicolor since July 1993. In both roles, Tom provides technical support for Patent Attorneys, focusing on patent portfolio analysis and patent mining. Tom has also held significant positions such as Senior Member Technical Staff, where responsibilities included developing architectures for high-end media gateway products and collaborating with silicon vendors for SoC feature definition. As a Senior Product Manager, Tom interfaced across business units to establish cohesive product strategies and communicated product roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders. Tom holds a degree from the University of Kentucky, obtained between 1982 and 1987.
