María Fernanda Sainz López Araiza

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana also serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer at Escuela de capacitación laboral from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching subjects related to nutrition and food history.
