Sales Operations Executive

Intergo Telecom Ltd, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Operations Executive to join our team. As a Sales Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our sales operations processes. You will support the sales team by managing sales data, analyzing sales metrics, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate sales data in CRM systems
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and insights
• Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for management
• Support the sales team in the development and execution of sales strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members
• Monitor and track sales team performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales incentive programs
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sales operations
