We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team. As an IT Manager at Intergo Telecom, you will be responsible for overseeing the functionality and integration of Microsoft 365,maintenance and optimization of our IT infrastructure, setup processes and guidelines ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime. The IT Manager will play a pivotal role in the company's strategic transformation moving to Microsoft 365 AD with InTune and various other safety tools for all our employees (remote and non-remote).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operation of computer systems, networks, and servers.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software issues.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve any issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Implement security measures and perform regular system backups.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with the ISO-27001 and maintain data integrity.
• Participate in training and support for internal employees to enhance their skills and use of technology.
• Providing regular reports such as change requests, incident reports, etc.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude for any incoming support requests.
