Aggrey Muhebwa

Aggrey Muhebwa, PhD, is a highly skilled researcher and consultant currently serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Stanford University and a Consultant for the World Bank Group. In addition, Aggrey is a United Nations IPCC scholar with experience from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and has previously worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at STIMA Lab under the mentorship of Professor Jay Taneja. Aggrey's diverse background includes a valuable fellowship at Google, an internship at Atlas AI, and roles in prominent organizations such as Merck, Sharp & Dohme and Grameen Foundation, focusing on machine learning and software engineering. Aggrey holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a Master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Bachelor's degree from Makerere University.
