Linda Yanti Sulistiawati is a seasoned academic and researcher with extensive experience in law and environmental policy. Currently serving as a Senior Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore since February 2020, Linda contributes to research efforts in the Asia Pacific Centre for Environmental Law (APCEL). As a Lead Author for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) since April 2018, Linda focuses on framing issues in Chapter 1 of Assessment Report 6 related to Mitigation. Additionally, Linda holds a longstanding position as an Associate Professor at Universitas Gadjah Mada, where responsibilities include directing the Center for Asia Pacific Studies. Previous experience includes serving as the National Coordinator of the Environment Unit for UNDP from August 2006 to January 2008. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Law from the University of Washington and two Master's degrees in Urban Management and Environmental Policy from Erasmus University Rotterdam and Wageningen University, respectively.
