Chasity Watkins, BSN, RN, CCM, COS-C has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Shoe Supervisor at Kohl's Department Stores until 2004. Chasity then transitioned to the healthcare field, joining Blanchard Valley Health System in 2005. At Blanchard Valley, they served as an RN/LPN/STNA, working as a floor nurse on a dementia unit and in assisted living. Chasity was also responsible for orders, scheduling doctor appointments, and assessments. In 2010, they were promoted to Home Health Clinical Manager at Blanchard Valley, a role they held until 2017. In 2017, Chasity joined Interim HealthCare RMC and Interim HealthCare Inc. in various leadership positions. Chasity served as the Corporate Director of Clinical Services and Informatics and the Corporate Director of Performance Improvement at Interim HealthCare RMC.
