Karen Hawes has an extensive background in various leadership roles in HR, technology, and culture within different companies. Currently, Karen holds the position of Chief Culture & Technology Officer at Interior Savings. Their responsibilities include overseeing technology stacks, employee development, recruitment, compensation, Union relations, and more. Prior to this, Karen also held positions such as Acting President & CEO and Assistant Vice-President of Human Resources. Karen has a Business Degree from Queens University and has worked in roles such as Payroll Advisor and Commercial Lender in the past.
