Dumke also worked at adesso SE as a Senior Software Engineer, where they contributed to projects at Powercloud GmbH and DocMorris AG. Tobias then joined ESL Gaming as a Senior IT Project Manager. Tobias also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Computer Science from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, which they earned from 2011-2016. In addition to their formal education, Tobias obtained a Scrum Master certification from TÜV SüD in 2018.
