Frank Rolfe, CSM

Frank Rolfe's work experience includes serving as an Information Technology Project Manager at InterMed, P.A. since 2022. In this role, they are responsible for managing all IT projects for the company and leading a team of 10. Frank implemented Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies through Gemba Walks and collaborated with the CIO and Director of BI to enhance the Project Review Committee.

Prior to their current position, Frank worked as an IT Business Project Manager at General Dynamics - Bath Iron Works from 2018 to 2022. Frank coordinated IT projects for HR, Security, and Safety/EHS departments, facilitating communication between contractor and internal stakeholders. Frank successfully executed a software upgrade project that hadn't been done in over four years, requiring simultaneous software and infrastructure upgrades. Additionally, they served as a Mobility Specialist, developing a comprehensive project plan to migrate the company's cellular services to a new carrier. This plan received unanimous approval from the C-Suite.

Earlier in their career, Frank worked as an Assistant Manager at AT&T from 2015 to 2017.

Frank Rolfe, CSM holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Southern Maine. In addition to their undergraduate education, Frank has obtained several certifications, including the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2021. Frank also holds the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in July 2023. Furthermore, Frank is a licensed broker for Health and Life Insurance in the state of Maine, which they obtained in 2018.
