Nathan Crop, PE, is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience in power systems and project management. Currently serving as Lead Electrical Engineer at Intermountain Power Service Corporation since December 2020, Nathan specializes in design review and construction assistance for a two-unit natural gas/hydrogen-powered plant, as well as power system analysis and troubleshooting for major electrical systems. Prior roles include senior and principal engineering positions at companies such as Meers Engineering, Xcel Energy, Pacificorp, and Austin Energy, where Nathan contributed to a variety of projects involving medium voltage relay protection, generator rewinds, and arc flash studies. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University and has completed coursework toward master's degrees at Arizona State University and the University of Utah.
