Ryan Otis

Ryan Otis is a Project Engineer at Intermountain Slurry Seal, Inc., involved in the entire project lifecycle including job acquisition, quantity takeoffs, contractor communications, bidding, and project management since June 2022. Previously, Ryan served as an Engineering Technician II for the City of Bend from January 2021 to June 2022 and worked as an Operating Engineer at Intermountain Slurry Seal Inc. from June 2016 to September 2020, gaining experience in various asphalt preservation techniques like Slurry seal, Micro Surfacing, Chip Seal, and Fog seals. Additionally, Ryan held a managerial position at Pizza Hut from September 2016 to March 2018. Ryan holds two Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degrees from Linn-Benton Community College, one in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician and another in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology/Technician, achieved between 2019 and 2021.
