Dominique Antonini has more than 30 years of experience in the aviation industry, ranging from roles in the regulatory environment, with the French Civil Aviation Authority, to positions at ICAO, Geneva Airport, and as a consultant. Dominique held roles such as Director at AVS&C SA and Head of Aviation Security at the International Air Transport Association. Additionally, they worked as an Aviation Security Officer at Geneva International Airport and in various capacities at The International Civil Aviation Organization. Dominique's experience includes developing AVSEC-related programs, implementing training initiatives, and enhancing security systems to comply with international regulations. Dominique began their career as a Junior Engineer at ATR during their engineering studies.
Dominique Antonini obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Aviation from ENAC - Ecole Nationale de l'Aviation Civile in 1990. Later, in 2004, they completed a program in Aviation Security Professional Management (AVSEC PMC) at Concordia University. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science (MS) in Development of Tourism at École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) and UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, with expected completion in 2023. Their educational background also includes studies in Mathematics and Physics, as well as various aviation security certifications.
