Chynara Isakeeva

Chynara Isakeeva is a professional with extensive experience in various roles related to international development, policy analysis, and legal studies. Currently serving as a staff member at the World Health Organization since March 2023, Chynara also holds positions as a contract specialist at DevTech Systems, Inc. and as an analyst at International Alert. Alongside these roles, Chynara is a project expert with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and previously worked as a medical interpreter with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) and a short-term observer for the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR). Academic credentials include two Master's degrees in Public Administration and Public Policy Analysis from the International University of Japan and ongoing studies in International Law and Legal Studies at the Riga Graduate School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Kyrgyzskij Gosudarstvennyj Nacionalnij Universitet.
