Sayed Muhammad Modasssar Shahid is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as an Inspector (Investigation) in the Special Investigation Unit of the Crime Investigation Agency (SIU/CIA) with Sindh Police since April 2019. In addition to working as an Intelligence Officer and Under Trainee Inspector, Sayed has actively participated in various specialized roles, including Research and Development for the Specialized Investigation Team. Complementing practical experience, Sayed is involved with several academic and professional organizations, serving as a Law Enforcement Practitioner Member at The Western Society of Criminology and as a Visiting Faculty member at The National Institute of Penal, Administrative, and Security Sciences. Sayed holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Criminology from the University of Karachi, along with additional qualifications in business administration and emergency response from various institutions.
