Timothy Potvin has a diverse work experience in the field of customer success and fraud prevention. Timothy currently holds the position of Head of Customer Success at IPQualityScore (IPQS), where they oversee the implementation of fraud prevention tools for Fortune 500 companies and popular internet companies. Prior to this, Timothy served as the VP of IAFCI at Delaware Valley Chapter and Director of Customer Success at Aisera. Timothy also worked at Signifyd as Senior Director of Customer Success and later as Head of Customer Success. Additionally, Timothy has experience in account management, sales engineering, and client delivery, having worked at Shape Security, ThreatMetrix, Visa/CyberSource, and American Express. Timothy began their career as a Project Manager at West Suburban Bank. Throughout their career, Timothy has demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing teams, and driving sales success in the fraud prevention industry.
Timothy Potvin completed a certification in LAMP from Miller Heiman Strategic Selling in 2014 and also pursued a course called "Developing a Global Mindset" from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Timothy obtained various certifications, including Culture Series from ModelExpand in 2021, International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators in 2019, and Microsoft Project Certification from Microsoft in 2008. Timothy also holds an A+ Certification.
