Tay Stanley

Tay Stanley is an experienced professional currently serving as an Affiliate at the International Association of Lighting Designers since September 2020 and as the Managing Director of Illuminating Asia Sg Pte Ltd since June 2012. As a principal lighting consultant, Tay oversees daily operations, supply chain management, cash flow management, and research and development programs, while also developing and executing marketing strategies and managing product development efforts. Prior experience includes a role as an Associate at Ernst & Young Solutions LLP, specializing in corporate restructuring and insolvency, and positions at Phillip Securities Pte Ltd and NTUC Income, where Tay focused on financial services and trading. Tay holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and is pursuing a Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination from BCA Academy.
