Dan Bailey

Dan Bailey is an experienced engineer with a comprehensive background in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for the Cut Sew and Validation Group at IAC Group since April 2007, Dan has been instrumental in supporting product development and production while implementing corporate adhesive cut sew and lamination design guidelines. Previous roles at IAC include Senior Engineering Manager and Senior Advanced Engineering Manager, where Dan focused on increasing capacity and integrating engineering disciplines for various vehicle components. With a strong foundation in product engineering from positions held at Lear Corporation and Visteon Automotive Systems, as well as a solid engineering background from Ford Motor Company, Dan's expertise encompasses prototype build execution, budget management, and cross-functional team collaboration. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
