Vice President Of Global Quality at International Automotive Components

Lonnie Holmquist has extensive work experience in various leadership roles focused on global quality, manufacturing systems, operations, program management, and cost estimation.

From 2018 onwards, they worked at Dana Incorporated as the Vice President of Global Quality. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Global Quality at the same company.

From 2007 to 2017, Holmquist worked at IAC Group, where they served as the Vice President of Global Quality. In this role, they developed and implemented a global quality strategy program, supervised a team of over 50 associates, and managed various initiatives to improve operational efficiency and compliance.

Starting from 1998, they worked at Lear Corporation, initially as the Director of Program/Launch Management. Lonnie later became the Plant Manager, responsible for overseeing two large-scale manufacturing operations. Additionally, they served as the Six Sigma Division Champion.

Holmquist's work experience also includes roles at Donnelly Corporation, where they worked as a Program Manager, Materials Manager/Business Analyst, and Industrial Engineer/Cost Estimator.

Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on quality management, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.

Lonnie Holmquist pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Economics and Finance from Grand Valley State University. Additionally, they obtained certifications in the Executive Management Leadership Program from Notre Dame University and as a Six Sigma Champion - Black Belt.
