Iris Wolters

Iris Wolters currently serves as the Head of HR EMEA at the International Baccalaureate since January 2020 and has been the Managing Director & Owner of HR Perspective, providing HR support and interim management since February 2015. Previous experience includes managing global HR operations and payroll at Backbase for over 700 employees, overseeing HR at de Bijenkorf's flagship store in Amsterdam, and fulfilling various HR roles in the retail and e-commerce sectors. Iris has also held senior HR positions at Fontem Ventures B.V. and LaDress, and was Director of HR & Facilities at VeldhovenGroup, responsible for international HR operations across several countries. Education was completed at De Haagse Hogeschool.
