Jamie Edmunds

Jamie Edmunds is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative leadership and performance management across various governmental agencies. Currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer for the U.S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission since September 2023, Jamie has previously held positions such as Senior Performance Management Consultant at Themis Insight, LLC, and Deputy Director at the National Security Agency. Jamie's tenure at the USDA included roles as Senior Advisor and Division Chief, where significant budget reform initiatives and digital transformation projects were executed. Additionally, Jamie has a background in legal support roles within the U.S. Department of Justice.
