Richard Vigna

Richard Vigna has extensive experience in customs and border protection, as well as law enforcement. Richard served as the Director of Customs & Trade Compliance at International Bridge, where they played a crucial role in providing high-quality, small-parcel shipping services to major ecommerce retailers. Prior to this, Richard Vigna worked as a Consultant at Command Consulting Group. Earlier in their career, they held various positions at the Department of Homeland Security's Customs & Border Protection (CBP), including Director of Field Operations and Area Port Director. In these roles, they managed CBP programs and personnel, oversaw budgets, and implemented advanced inspection technology. Richard Vigna also served as Chief Inspector at the Department of the Treasury, where they directed customs regulatory and enforcement operations in the San Francisco and Los Angeles Districts.

Richard Vigna completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Criminology from New Jersey City University in the period from 1970 to 1974. Richard later pursued a Master of Science degree in Management from National Louis University, completing it from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, Richard Vigna obtained another Master of Science degree in Management from National Louis University, although the specific dates of this degree are unknown.
