Jason Horst is the Managing Partner at HORST LEGAL COUNSEL, PC, where Jason manages a premier boutique law firm focusing on complex civil litigation and appellate matters. With significant trial experience and expertise in areas such as IP, technology, and real estate disputes, Jason also advises insurance policyholders on risk management strategies. Apart from their legal practice, Jason serves as the President of the Board of Directors at the International Cannabis Bar Association, is a member of the Insurance Committee at the California Cannabis Industry Association, and has chaired the Risk Management Committee at the National Cannabis Industry Association. Prior to their current role, Jason gained experience at various law firms and in the judiciary system.
