Marco Vrolijk

Marco Vrolijk's work experience includes various roles in content creation, copywriting, and editing. In 2017, they worked as a freelance writer for Gamereactor.dk. In 2018, they became a freelance tech editor for NWTV, where they worked until January 2022. In 2019, Marco started their own company. Marco then worked as an online content & PR specialist for Arval BNP Paribas Group from December 2020 to July 2021. From August 2021 to September 2021, they worked as a copywriter for Getir. In November 2021, Marco joined ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a copy & content expert until October 2022. In 2021, they also worked as a copywriter and editor-in-chief for KPMG Netherlands. From February 2021 to May 2021, Marco worked as a freelance copywriter for Triple. In October 2022, they became an interim content specialist at Baker Tilly Netherlands, where they worked until May 2023. Currently, Marco is working as an interim content specialist at International Card Services since August 2023.

Marco Vrolijk has a strong educational background in international relations and history. Marco obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Utrecht University in 2009. Marco then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in International Relations in Historical Perspective, which they completed from Utrecht University in 2011. Additionally, they completed a minor in Management- and Organizational Sciences from Utrecht University in the same year.

Lastly, Marco obtained a Personal Teaching Assistant Certificate from Universiteit Leiden in 2012, although the specific month is unknown.
