Maxwell Odimkpa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, web design, and digital communication. Currently serving as a Learning Management System Consultant for the International Centre for Migration Policy Development, Maxwell focuses on enhancing e-learning platforms and improving user engagement. Previously, Maxwell held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Lozmax, where design and development of user-friendly websites were prioritized. An accomplished Associate Project Officer for ICMPD, Maxwell successfully developed communication strategies that significantly boosted project visibility. With a proven track record in ICT consultancy and vocational training, Maxwell has empowered numerous youths through skill development initiatives. Maxwell's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, completed in 2014.
