Tom Perry has held various positions in their work experience. Tom began their career at The West Brom, where they started as a Customer Service Advisor and eventually worked their way up to become a Regional Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the operational management of 11 branches and a team of 75 staff. Tom focused on regulatory change, customer experience, and process improvements to ensure profitability.

During their tenure at The West Brom, Tom also served as a Learning and Development Specialist, where they designed and delivered various training programs including corporate induction, product training, and continuous professional development. Tom was recognized for their achievements in designing a new induction program and supporting behavior-based management.

Tom's later work experience includes roles at the International Compliance Association (ICA) and The Leadership Trust. At the ICA, they held positions such as Senior Membership Manager, Senior Manager - Stakeholders & Corporates, and Head of Membership. In these roles, Tom was responsible for overseeing membership growth and development, establishing relationships with partner organizations, and ensuring a great member experience.

As a Course Facilitator at The Leadership Trust, Tom facilitated courses to help individuals develop their leadership skills.

Tom Perry completed their education at the LIBF, where they obtained a Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice (CEMAP) in Financial Planning and Services from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended the University of Liverpool from 2000 to 2003 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human & Biological Sciences, Sport, Recreation and Physical Education (Honours). Tom Perry also holds additional certifications, such as the ICA Certificate in Compliance from the International Compliance Association, obtained in 2018, and they are an ICA Associate Member since March 2022.
