Joann Divito

Joann Divito has a significant amount of work experience in the HR and administrative management fields. Joann held various roles at FleishmanHillard, starting as Director of Administration in 1987 and eventually becoming an SVP and Senior Partner. Joann collaborated with regional leadership and corporate headquarters to support employee onboarding, talent development, policy compliance, and health and welfare programs. Joann also provided strategic counsel, coaching, and mentoring to employees, as well as managing sensitive situations and employee issues. In addition, Joann was responsible for implementing professional development programs and conducting employee orientations and exit interviews. Joann joined International Cosmetics & Perfumes, Inc. in 2015 as Director of Human Resources.
