Shelley Lightburn

Shelley Lightburn currently serves as the Head of Archives, Distribution and Indexing Division at the International Court of Justice since June 2020. Prior roles include Information and Records Management Officer at the European Commissions Tribunal - KSC from December 2016 to June 2020 and Associate Research Officer at the United Nations Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals from December 2015 to November 2016, where responsibilities involved supporting records management and information sensitivity policies. Additional experience spans various positions in archives and information management, including a tenure at the United Nations from August 2006 to November 2015, along with earlier roles as Archivist Assistant at The Associated Press and Graduate Assistant Archivist at Fales Library and Special Collections.
