Gonzalo Larrosa

HR Officer - Performance Management & Staff Engagement Lead at International Criminal Court

Gonzalo Larrosa has diverse work experience in human resources and organizational development. Gonzalo recently worked at the International Criminal Court as an HR Officer, leading the performance management process and providing mediation support. Gonzalo also served as the Acting Head of HR Organizational Development, leading teams in strategic workforce planning, performance management, and learning & development.

Prior to that, Larrosa worked at The Kraft Heinz Company as an HR Business Partner for international operations. Gonzalo also held the position of International HR Business Partner at KYOCERA Document Solutions Europe, where they provided HR guidance and support to regional offices.

Larrosa gained experience in talent development and management at Tenaris, where they held various roles such as HR Talent Development Senior Manager and HR Business Partner. Gonzalo was responsible for global talent development initiatives, succession planning, and talent attraction. Gonzalo also coordinated the HR Global Trainee Program and assisted with recruitment and development projects.

Larrosa began their career at Walt Disney World, working in Main Street Operations.

Gonzalo Larrosa holds a Master of Arts degree in Arts and Culture: Policy, Management & Education from Maastricht University, obtained from 2017 to 2018. Gonzalo also completed an Art Business Winter Course at Christie's Education in 2016. Gonzalo's earlier education includes a Licenciado en Administración degree in Ciencias Económicas from the University of Buenos Aires, which they earned from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained certification as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2020.
