Lara Dauphinee

Lara Dauphinee serves as the Managing Director of Fiore Group of Companies since March 2011, overseeing a diverse portfolio in private equity investments across various sectors, including natural resources and philanthropy. Active in the Young Presidents' Organization since December 2013, Lara currently holds the position of 2024-2025 Education Officer, having previously served as Director at Large and Athena Chair. Lara also contributes to several organizations as a board director, including The Giustra Foundation, YYOGA, and CKNW Kids' Fund, where Lara is the Chairperson of the Board. As a committee member of the International Crisis Group and Telus World of Science, Lara's involvement spans various initiatives. Additionally, Lara holds the role of President and Director at The Great Ontario Food Company Inc. and is a board officer at Modern Farmer Media. Education credentials include participation in the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and a BA in International Politics from Western University.
