Danilo Balzarini

Danilo Balzarini, Ph.D., is an experienced civil engineer specializing in pavement engineering. Currently serving as a Pavement Engineer at International Cybernetics since March 2020, Danilo previously held the position of Staff Civil Engineer at ARA and worked as a Pavement Condition Consultant for the Florida Department of Transportation, overseeing data management and analysis for over 1500 miles of Florida's interstate roadway network. Danilo's research background includes roles as a Research Assistant at Michigan State University, focusing on pavement dynamics and vehicle-pavement interaction, among other topics, as well as serving as an Integrated Language Options fellow teaching Italian language and culture. Danilo holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a focus on pavements from Michigan State University and possesses advanced degrees from Università di Pisa.
