Jordi Gomez has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jordi started their career as the Deputy Director of Coaching at Club La Vall Football Club, where they assisted in managing the operations of the club. Jordi later became the Head Coach of several teams at various age groups within the academy. Additionally, they worked as the Head Coach of the Men's Reserves Team and Assistant Coach of the Men's First Team during specific seasons.

Following their time at Club La Vall, Jordi Gomez joined Timca Football Academy as the Events Manager and Technical & Administrative Lead Support. Jordi organized events and managed the technical football school. Jordi also served as the principal manager of operations and administration.

Jordi Gomez then worked at Mass Premier Soccer/Global Premier Soccer as a Football Coach and Finance Assistant. In this role, they coached youth teams, planned coaching sessions, and managed teams during matches.

Jordi then transitioned to Decathlon España as a Section Manager. In this role, they recruited, trained, and managed a team while optimizing store operations and providing excellent customer service.

Jordi Gomez then joined PORCELANOSA GRUPO as a Machinery, Warehouse, and IPE Purchaser, responsible for managing purchasing activities.

Afterwards, they worked at Noken Design SA (Porcelanosa Group) as an Area Manager, where they oversaw the operations of Noken Design Stores in North America and Asia, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.

From 2017 to 2020, Jordi Gomez was the Owner and COO of GPS Spain. Jordi established the GPS International Academy Valencia, which provided talented students with opportunities to play in matches and tournaments, as well as potential trials at professional clubs.

Currently, Jordi Gomez holds the position of COO & Academy Director at the International Development Academy Valencia. Their responsibilities include developing student-athletes, establishing their pathways, and assisting in recruitment efforts.

Throughout their career, Jordi Gomez has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills in various sports and business environments.

Jordi Gomez began their education journey by studying at the University of Valencia from 2007 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a Licenciatura en Economía degree. In 2012, they attended the Federación Valenciana de Fútbol and obtained a UEFA License B.

In 2014, Jordi Gomez furthered their education by completing a UEFA "A" License at the Federación Valenciana de Fútbol. Continuing their academic pursuits, they enrolled at VIU - Universidad Internacional de Valencia in 2016 and completed a Master's degree in teacher training specializing in English in 2017.
