Saroja Thapa

Saroja Thapa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global operations, program management, and finance. Since January 2016, Saroja has been with iDE (International Development Enterprises) in various leadership roles, including Director of Global Operations for Asia and Associate Director of Programs, where Saroja has advanced women's economic empowerment initiatives. Prior to iDE, Saroja served as Managing Director at WestEnd Gallery Pvt, Ltd. from February 2011 to December 2015 and worked as a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte from January 2007 to September 2010. Saroja's career began as an intern in accounting with Brin Northwestern Glass. Saroja holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance from Augsburg University, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
