Sudip Sedhain

Sudip Sedhain is an experienced professional currently serving as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning (MERL) Officer at iDE since January 2023, focusing on innovations to support rural communities in Nepal. Previously, Sudip worked at the Global Fairness Initiative as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, where responsibilities included establishing a data management system and overseeing significant programs for migrant laborers and policy amendments. Sudip also held the role of Regional Coordinator at Integrated Green Development Nepal, managing field operations and monitoring partner NGOs. Early career experience includes positions as Enumerator at Square One Research and Training, contributing to child labor initiatives. Sudip holds an MBA in Organizational and Financial Management from Kathmandu Don Bosco College and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Tribhuvan University.
