Kathryn Gundrum Dangerfield

Kathryn Gundrum Dangerfield is currently the Senior Vice President for Africa and Central America at iDE, a global development organization. Kathryn also serves as the VP of Global Operations and Business Development. With a background in corporate recruitment and project management in various organizations such as DAI and JSI, Kathryn has extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives and managing operations across multiple countries. Kathryn also owned and operated their own photography business before transitioning into the field of international development. Kathryn holds a BA in International Relations from American University and an MS in Applied Behavioral Science/Organizational Development from Johns Hopkins SAIS.
