Gillian Dowie

Gillian Dowie is an experienced professional in the fields of education, science, and sustainable economies, currently serving as a Senior Program Specialist at the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) since August 2017. Previous roles include Senior Program Officer at J-PAL, where Gillian coordinated the 'Incentives for Immunization' project, and Consultant at the International Labour Organization, focusing on youth employment and rural livelihoods.
