Fred Sirois has been in the electronics industry since 1994. Fred began their career as an Engineering Aide and Technical Writer at Peerless Instrument Company, Inc. In 1998, they joined Telephonics Corporation as a Senior Repair Technician, where they tested advanced military and commercial electronic equipment and troubleshot to the component level. In 2004, they moved to SuperPower, Inc. as a Manufacturing Test Technician, where they tested 2nd generation high temperature superconductors and operated, maintained, troubleshot, and repaired mechanical/electrical test equipment and silver sputter equipment. Since 2015, they have been working at International Electronic Machines Corporation as a Service Technician/Manager.
Fred Sirois has a diverse educational background, having earned a Bachelor's Degree in Music Teacher Education from The William Paterson College of NJ in 1983, a Electronics Technician Diploma from DeVry Technical Institute in 1994, and having attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology from 1976 to 1978, studying Electrical Engineering.
