Phil Maanulwa

Phil Maanulwa has over twenty-five years of experience in leadership, management, diplomacy, and negotiation. Phil is a founder, president, and CEO of International Emergency and Development Aid - IEDA Relief, where they have empowered thousands of people worldwide with jobs and education. Phil is a community advocate and human rights champion, skilled in problem-solving and conflict resolution. Phil also served as a humanitarian relief coordinator/head of mission for an NGO and as an executive director/coordinator for the Multi-Ethnic Community Center of Southwest Houston/The Alliance for Multicultural Community Service.

Phil Maanulwa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Banking and Finance from Texas A&M International University, which was obtained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed an Advanced Diploma in International Humanitarian Assistance at Fordham University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences in 2007. Phil also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science from the University of Houston-Downtown, earned in 2004-2005. In 2001-2004, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities from Houston Community College.
