Cecile Bonino-Liti

Cecile Bonino-Liti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global engagement and public affairs. Currently serving as Principal of Global Engagement at IFAC since October 2022, Cecile previously held the position of Head of EU Affairs at ACCA from 2009 to October 2022, overseeing the Brussels office and leading efforts in EU public affairs, media, and public relations. Earlier roles include consultancy at Weber Shandwick, legal and environmental advisory work for the European Landowners Organisation, and participation in the Mediterranean team at the European Commission DG Trade. Additionally, Cecile served as a Project Manager at the College of Europe, DG DEV. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws (LLM) in EU law and competition law from Europa Institut and a Master's degree in Law from the University of Lille 2.
