Caroline Holt boasts extensive experience in humanitarian and development sectors, currently serving as Director of Disaster, Climate and Crises and Global Cash Lead at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) since July 2019, with prior roles including Programme Director for the ESSN in Turkey and Interim Deputy Regional Director for Europe. Previously, Caroline held managerial and consultancy positions with organizations such as the Cash Learning Partnership and Norwegian Red Cross, contributing a wealth of expertise across various regional roles in Asia. Caroline’s academic qualifications include an MSc in Poverty and Development from The University of Manchester and an ACMA designation from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, complemented by a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Hull.
