Victor Manan Nyambala is a supply chain operations expert with extensive experience in humanitarian logistics and procurement management across various organizations, including the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), UNICEF, and the Norwegian Red Cross. Currently leading supply chain operations in Ukraine since October 2022, Victor previously managed procurement operations at Excel Axis Consulting Ltd and provided strategic support for emergency responses in regions impacted by crises such as the Syria conflict and Lebanon's economic challenges. Victor's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management from The University of Salford and an MBA from the University of Nairobi, among other qualifications in finance and humanitarian logistics.
