Elena Bourganskaia

Elena Bourganskaia is currently the Chief of Staff at the International Finance Corporation. Elena has held several positions at the IFC since they started there in 1998, including Manager, Infrastructure & Natural Resources, Europe and Central Asia, and Global Head, Environmental & Municipal Infrastructure. Elena has also worked as a Principal Investment Officer and Senior/Principal Health Specialist. Prior to their work at the IFC, Bourganskaia was the Global Lead for Hospital Epidemiology & Infection Control at the American International Health Alliance and Regional Director for Russia, Armenia, and Georgia.
