Robert Hennigan

Robert Hennigan has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. In 2007, they started working at Citi as a Security Analyst, specializing in hedge fund transaction management and asset servicing event processing. During their time there, they also played a key role in the migration of the CIS Corporate Actions process from the London office to Dublin. In 2011, they were promoted to AVP - CIS Operations Manager, overseeing a team and managing various operations related to account opening, deal placement, settlement, and servicing of assets for hedge and mutual funds globally. Robert achieved significant success in this role, implementing process efficiencies that led to a reduction in staff. In 2014, Robert joined International Financial Data Services (IFDS) as the Head of Daily Operations - Registration Services. In this role, they successfully increased processing efficiencies by 25% and client satisfaction ratings by 20% through the implementation of new work practices, system enhancements, and processing tools. Robert also developed and implemented a management reporting tool to automate key performance indicator reporting, client service level agreement management, and operational capacity management. Robert was also actively involved in strategy management for the group and served as the deputy to the Vice President.

Robert Hennigan completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biochemistry from Trinity College Dublin, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Robert then pursued a Master's degree in Management from University College Dublin, which they completed between 2006 and 2007.
