Adam Janczuk

Adam Janczuk is a seasoned professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as Senior Vice President of R&D at IFF since October 2002. With a focus on developing technologies for alternative proteins and enhancing taste experiences, Adam has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Global R&D for Nourish and Global Innovation Program Director for multiple initiatives. Prior experience includes positions at Wayne State University as a Graduate Teaching Research Assistant and at Products-Sol LLC as a Scientist in automotive coatings. Adam holds a PhD in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Wayne State University, with additional education from INSEAD.
