Alison Harrington

Alison Harrington is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, particularly in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Global Director HR – M&A and HR Strategic Projects at International Flavors & Fragrances since September 2012, Alison has directed comprehensive HR activities related to business transactions and has successfully led regional HR teams. Previous roles include Director of Regional HR Business Partner for North America and Director of HRBP for Regional Fragrances North America, where Alison partnered with global leaders to enhance organizational strategy. Alison’s career began in recruitment and operational HR roles, demonstrating a diverse skill set in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Alison holds a Post Graduate Certificate, a Diploma, and a Certificate IV in Human Resources from Swinburne University of Technology and Kangan Batman TAFE.
